The Scottsburg Warriorette cross country team turned in a dominant performance at the Crothersville Tiger Invitational, capturing the team title in impressive fashion. The Warriorettes claimed the top five spots in the race, leaving no doubt about their strength and depth. Leading the way was Brooklyn Moon, who crossed the line first with a winning time of 26:41.79. Close behind her was Addison Elliott, securing second place in 27:40.45, followed by Addison Eldridge in third at 28:08.69. Rounding out Scottsburg’s perfect sweep, Sofie Riley finished fourth with a time of 28:10.43, and Briley Bary completed the effort in fifth at 28:12.02. The Warriorettes’ strong showing showcased not only their front-running ability but also their teamwork and determination. By taking the top five spots, the team earned a flawless score and the championship trophy. The victory at Crothersville is another step forward for the Warriorette program as they continue to build momentum this season.
