Scott Primary Care to Offer Free Sports Physicals

Scott Primary Care, the office of Dr. Jennifer Craig and Angela Rotenberger, NP, is offering free sports physicals July 20th-August 7th.  Students MUST schedule an appointment by calling 812-752-0001.  Students under 18 may be accompanied by ONE parent/guardian only.  No other visitors/siblings will be allowed in the building.  Everyone will be temperature screened and asked

Athlete Registration is Now Available on EventLink

All Student Athletes at Scottsburg High School and Scottsburg Middle School are required to have a Pre-Participation Physical on file.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IHSAA has allowed physicals from the 2019-20 season to be valid for the 2020-21 season so long as the student also completes the 2020-21 IHSAA Health History Update Questionnaire.
