Warriors Fall Just Short at Salem

The Scottsburg Warriors battled until the final horn Friday night but came up just short in a 57–54 road loss at Salem. Salem held a slim advantage early, and while the Warriors stayed within striking distance all night, the Lions were able to make just enough plays down the stretch to secure the three-point win. Scottsburg showed resilience late, outscoring Salem 19–13 in the fourth quarter, but the comeback attempt fell just short. Despite the loss, the Warriors had balanced scoring and continued to compete on both ends throughout all four quarters.
